SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) MODULE ASSEMBLY LINE
A 500 MWp semi-automated assembly line with 52 workstations, producing solar modules up to 720W and supporting multiple module and cell technologies, including PERC, TOPCon, HJT and ABC.
SURFACE MOUNT TECHNOLOGY (SMT) LINE
Four SMT assembly lines provide complete electronic manufacturing services for diverse applications.
Contract Manufacturing
ITRAMAS Solar PV Module & Electronics Manufacturing Centre in Penang is the pivotal hub for Wuxi Longmax Technology for the setup of their Solar PV Combiner Box manufacturing line in Malaysia. Estimated 10,000 combiner box units to be manufactured and assembled in ITRAMAS R&D and Manufacturing Centre in Penang per annum.

Logistics Support
ITRAMAS Logistic Hub in Penang is equipped with strength and capabilities in providing logistics and transportation support. The overall end-to-end logistics support consist of inbound logistics, production logistics and outbound logistics. This includes procurement, inventory management, transportation, custom clearance, material handling, warehousing and distribution.
